Man, I’ve been up since 4am – Sometimes the ability to remote access a machine at work isn’t a good thing! Haha – Who am I kidding, I love it.

Anyway, I’m going winter swimming tomorrow night (at Cherry Beach) if anyone fancies tagging along.

Fascinating stuff.

I’ve just got back from a very early winterish swim (I cycled back wearing nothing but my undies, I’m rad) and it was fantastic!

Now I’m going to eat toast, have a cup of tea and maybe watch Annie.

It’s the hardcore life for me.

I met a lovely girl on the subway this afternoon (if you read this email me, pretty please), my excuse for not giving her any other details other than winterswim.com is that we ran out of time because she had to get off at Spadina, but I was a little shy too, rubbish! Anyway, we were talking about winter swimming – I’m not using the site to pick up chicks but it did remind me that I wanted to make a post there announcing the date of the first 2008 swim, which I’ll be doing shortly (Edit – done).. The post not the swim.

Jon posted this link before, but I had to as well because I almost wet myself laughing (it also reminds me a little of this), oh and this sounds absolutely terrifying, but not in a good way..

Rogers should be removing the block from my phone in a day or two, as soon as they do I can get apartment hunting, excited! Thanks for all your helps with that guys, you know who you are :).

A few other things, erm, I met a fellow MRSA sufferer this morning, it was pretty scary as his foot was riddled with it. I passed on the Manuka honey treatment Vampy told me about years back (which might well have done the trick). I think I’ve landed some programming and web design work thanks to the landlady, it’d be nice to get back into programming. Since working on the BMEvideo content management system I realised how much I missed it. I bought a pair of sunglasses for winter, they’re made of wool (ok, they’re not really but wouldn’t that be wicked? I’m going to knit a pair).

FINALLY! It’s not that I mind looking gay, but a few days ago someone said that I walk like one because my left arm swings and my right arm doesn’t (?!), so I’ve been experimenting with not swinging my left arm, it’s harder than you’d think. Stupid subconscious!!
