The London anti-cuts demonstrations were today, I missed it all because I was working but a few shops were trashed and there was a bonfire in the middle of Oxford Circus. Police were hurt and people were arrested, yep.

Today is the twentieth anniversary of Arte TV..
A month ago I went along with Ala and the rest of the Psycho Cyborgs (MS – FB) because they were performing on the show..
I love how Ala is talking away like there’s no tomorrow (and no microphones) whilst the producer is giving his interview. Bless her cotton socks bleedy boobs.
That’s me playing with my iPhone in the background by the way, looking awkward and unsure where to stand or where to look. I’m not good with cameras.
Anyway, it’s airing in France tonight at 22:25 (21:25 GMT), and the rest of Europe at various other times.

Did I mention that at the end of last week Ala and I were in Paris? Well, I know full well I didn’t mention it, but we were there and it was lovely.. <4
We mostly went as she and the rest of the Psycho Cyborgs were performing for the 20th anniversary of Arte TV (wiki), and the show (which will be broadcast on the 2nd of December) is going to attract roughly 40 million viewers, eek!
Apart from that we spent most of the time visiting the Eiffel Tower, three times actually! The first time we went it was about 11pm so it was closed, but we got to see her sparkle, the second time it was too busy so we just hung around watching the queues not dwindle, then the third time, success! Despite there being about a thousand drunken Dortmund fans jumping about under the tower (they were playing football with/against Paris that evening) we made it through the queues and up the tower to the middle level. The top was closed but it was still brilliant, Ala bought a bright pink diamond encrusted model of the tower and I bought, erm, some chips.
