I’ve been very very busy working recently, and today I’ve been busy looking after my lovely missus, doing lots of research and thinking about how I can not dread going to work in the morning. I’ve never experienced that before, work related dread I mean. It’s pretty, well, dreadful.

We’re back from Poland now, can’t believe I’ve not mentioned that yet!

We narrowly avoided the ash cloud of doom but couldn’t avoid the death of the Polish president, which was understandable. So much television coverage though, kind of makes me wish I was a polish president with a penchant for flying at a low altidude over a multitude of trees.

Finally.. This is my iPhone as it looked a few days ago, 3.1.3, baseband 05.12.01, jailbroken with spirit and all custom icons/layout by me.

I’ve got the place to myself tonight (the missus has gone out with Stella) so I’m going to watch documentaries, so many documentaries!! Scratch that, it’s a bit late now so I’ll probably have an early night, boo.

I’ve been really busy recently (mostly working, blah), saving lots of money to take to Poland and having fun with Ala, oh, I haven’t mentioned that yet have I..

We’re off to Poland tomorrow for two weeks! Hopefully the country hasn’t shut down entirely due to an an outbreak of mourning.. Personally I think the trees did it on purpose, they’re treeorists you see. It’s the Day of the Treefids, dudes.

It’s going to be so nice being away from “That London” with my girl, playing on the beach, walking in the fields, kissing in the heather, fondling in the undergrowth, wrestling in the horse manure, eating in the kitchen and lots of other nice things.

I’m looking forward to seeing her parents again too, they’re lovely..

Hipstermatical!!

It’s been my first day off in ages and the first day Ala and I have had to ourselves for what feels like weeks, it’s been great, I really missed hanging around with her! We had a sudden urge to picnic this evening so we “threw together” a load of sandwiches, filled an empty fizzy spring water bottle with hot lemony tea (which melted the bottle slightly, oops) and dashed to the park to catch the last of the sunshine..

Before that she sucked my shoulder with her mouth (as I was talking to my mum on the phone with my mouth, classy) and this is what she made.. I love it!! Oh, if you’re wondering what happened to my cheek Ala went at it with a scalpel a few days ago to remove some old jewellery I had issues with when I was in Canada – A long story but it feels better already, cheers sausage!
