I’ve probably just spent an hour (either on hold or being mucked around) talking to the dear people at Rogers, only to be told that the replacement phone I ordered is discontinued and has been for three weeks. I ordered it eight days ago and was told be two different representatives that it was in stock and was winging its way to me as we spoke.

Flipping liars, now I’m waiting for them to call me back to see what my other options are.
