I made the mistake of going for a long walk this morning (without any money on me, because I haven't got any, stupid hospital bills and people who never pay me back) and take advantage of the beautiful day.

I made it as far as University and Queen when my hip starting playing up, badly. Then I made another mistake, I sat down and couldn't get up again.

Half an hour later I was still there, eventually I decided to try and ask someone to stop a streetcar for me and try to bum a ride back home.

It was pretty embarrassing but she let me on after I'd pleaded my case then I hobbled the remaining ten minutes home.

I really need to sort this out because it's making my life a misery, but I don't know what to try next.
